We do not promise that a property remains available, that displayed rent or fees are current, that dimensions or square footage are exact, that every pictured amenity is included, that an application will be approved, or that the website will always be available or error-free. Confirm material facts with our team before relying on them.

Submitting an inquiry or tour request does not reserve a property, create a tenancy, approve an application, or require either party to complete a transaction. Applications are subject to separate disclosures, screening criteria, fees, and approval processes.

A signed lease, application agreement, construction contract, remodeling agreement, payment authorization, or other transaction document controls that transaction if it conflicts with this website. AppFolio and other providers may also apply their own terms and privacy notices.

Do not interfere with security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the service, impersonate another person, submit false information, infringe others' rights, or use the website to discriminate or facilitate unlawful conduct.

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an as-available basis and Franklin Properties disclaims implied warranties that legally may be disclaimed. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so those exclusions may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, Franklin Properties is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use. Nothing here excludes liability or limits a right or remedy where doing so is prohibited by law.
